Spare tire bracket for Jimny JB64.
By replacing it with a genuine bracket, you can install the spare tire face up, and you can also mount the spare tire with aluminum wheels.

This bracket is also compatible with our Rotopax mount bracket spare tire mounting type (product number: 3003-31), and is recommended for JB64 users who have given up on Rotopax installation.

Installation is bolt-on installation. There is no need to make holes in the body.
Although it is a spare tire bracket that is a non-designated part, we will support continuous vehicle inspection by using a “simple mounting method” for the bracket body using dial nuts.
The total length of the product when the bracket is removed with the dial nut is the same as the genuine spare tire bracket.

Precautions for use

Tighten the dial nut with the strong force of an adult male.

Regularly check for looseness.

Especially for dial nuts, check the tightening frequently and retighten.

The supported weight of this product is up to 25 kg. Please refrain from using if the total weight of the spare tire and wheel is more than that.

The recommended size of the spare tire to be installed is from genuine 175 / 80R16 to 185 / 85R16, 195R16 (195 / 80R16), 205R16 (205 / 80R16). Please refrain from using larger sizes.
When using the JB64 genuine rear bumper, it is compatible with 175 / 80R16 to 185 / 85R16 and 195R16.

When mounting 205R16 size on a wheel with inset 20 (offset +20) or more, use it together with our product number transfer kit (product number: 3060-24) sold separately to stay or number of the number transfer kit. The plate may interfere with the tire. Therefore, if you are using the number transfer kit (part number: 3060-24) for this combination, we recommend that you insert a 5mm wheel spacer in the special tire.

If you feel any abnormal noise or rattling while driving, move to a safe place, stop driving immediately, and check the installation status.
